I mostly try to share the brightest spots in our journey. I want people to share in our journey but know that we all need hope. This is hard. Everything is so very hard.
I ponder daily how and why our lives shifted on 6/4. We got the bill today for the imaging that rocked our world. That’s what made me think about this again for the millionth time.
Please order your shirt if you haven’t before midnight! All $$$ go to Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research!
This is our new reality. (See videos) I will never understand how or why. There is no reason as we’ve been told by many healthcare providers.
I am so appreciative of the support we have because we can’t get enough of love and support. It is surreal to be counting down the days just to be home as a family. In our real home. Not my normal vacation countdown calendar…
This “club” is the best worst club to be a part! Sarah Calfee Weatherford has seen me at some of my lowest points in Red Frog where we do radiation. 30 days of which the 19th was done today. They are our family now.
Brittany Doucey is my Ronald McDonald House of Memphis insta sista, and I miss her and Maddie on the weekends when they go back to Nashville!
Char wants to read, and Alexander needs to sleep. Because we are all in one room, I let him borrow my sleep mask. 💤 I’ll leave me wearing that to the imagination. I just smiled a little.
Matt Brown and I are strong. Perhaps superhuman at this point. 🦸♀️ 💥
Charlotte and Alexander annihilate us when comparing super powers. Their strength and smiles bring me to my knees.
I still need to post so many memories with Stacie Smith Blankenship, Luka Radović, and Gina Sterchi Caldwell from Nashville last weekend!
